Nothing to do with other players. The 2 finalists have better talent than we do at QB. JG is the only great QB on the squad.

Looks like we will be playing against him.


You can try and sell that EJ is the guy we wanted. Only the disalushioned will believe it. I have seen them both in action. Big difference.

Need a QB to attract receivers !

Well, since random message poster has seen them both in action, let me change my opinion.

Disagree. The only QB thats better than Dobbs on those teams is Watson. And JG may be more talented than any QB those teams have recruited.

If you have any proof that EJ was not the guy we wanted I would love to see it.

Remember though, he said he has seen both guys play so that means he knows his ish. I mean like you said, random internet posters really have to be taken seriously.

There's a reason EJ is Urban Meyers top QB target for 2018 similar to how Guarantano was last year. Our system has a lot of those same Urban tree principals. Trevor is making best decison for his future as was TN

Wow. Your QB assessments are as bad as the Auburn staff. No QB at Tennessee could hold Eason's Jock except for JG.

It doesn't really matter at this point who we wanted the most. We will be lucky as hell to get either.

He would not be a true DT QB in Georgia's system. He would be a very mobile QB that played in a pro-style system, similar to DJ Shockley and Jameis Winston. EJ has really good throwing mechanics and has the ability to stretch the field, which is a requirement in a pro-style system. He also has the ability to roll out and throw accurately on the run. If there is one knock on him, it's that if you watch an entire game instead of just his highlights; he can sometimes make a bad decision that makes you wonder what he was thinking. IMO stuff like that can be corrected with coaching though.
