'18 GA RB Anthony Grant (FSU signee)

I don't know if he is going to UNC or not, but I am stunned that Fedora is still there. He flat out sucks.

Rough 2017, but coming off 19-8 the previous 2 seasons in the most difficult conference in the country....at a basketball school.

So many reasons we need this kid.
- Comes from a Georgia High School powerhouse in Buford

- Great skill set he already has. He will immediately improve our special teams. He can run, hit, AND catch.

- Championship pedigree.

- he's really good at football

I wouldn't mind Grant at RB and/or Safety. The kid is a baller and can help any SEC team, at several positions and soon, imo.

Btw, Grant was 1st team All-State at LB. Probably too small for LB in the SEC, but still a 1st year contributor on special teams and eventually somewhere, obligatory imo

Safety

Am I the only person who thinks Grant is a better RB than Banks?

:good!: I'm with ya man... Plus his competition is tougher and he still produces. I really hope to keep him. He has great versatility and will earn his scholarship. I also really like Banks, I believe he could easily be moved to LB if RB doesn't work out.

Grant has been visited by how many UT coaches the past 3 weeks?

No, he's a take for sure.
Has offers from other Power 5 programs.

No special circumstances with him.

He's a take but does he want to sign with UT and likely play Defense or sign elsewhere as a RB? That's the question. We'll find out soon...

Anthony can have a chance to be a star as a S or he can have a mediocre to no career as a RB. His mentality and natural reactions are straight forward and to hit hard. He does not try to avoid contact. His natural instinct is to knock the crap out of somebody. He has good quickness, but no extra gear with the ball in his hands. Hope he understands because he has a great opportunity with us if he get his heart right.
