I wondered about that time table. Probably the biggest signing in the class and nobody ever talks about him. I have home tentatively second at one of the 5-tech spots as he gets healthier. Next year he has the talent to start for us. Prototype player.

goos stuff. kinda hate hearing we may not see him early in his career, but....that may be a good thing long term.

i think emerson could be really great....maybe wise to let him fully recover, and then spend a ton of time in s&c to really get him ready to be 'that guy'....which i think he's perfectly capable of doing.

Butch firing the strength coach is when he lost his job. Team was garbage after Dave was fired

Wow. That is truly delusional. Bowles had nothing to do with Jones choking away the UF, OU, and Arkansas games. And those losses directly relate back to his poor "management" of the Vandy game in year one.

Bowles had nothing to do with excessive injuries in Jones' "system.

He had nothing to do with the consistently poor OL play.

"This team" under Jones was always going to be limited by his VERY EVIDENT lack of talent as a coach.

That firing did not occur until after the Bowles’ situation. That is what I am speculating… Did a bunch of the players basically use that situation against Butch that led to the things I posted above, including the firing of Lawson.

That was 2014. Team was backing butch in 2015.
