No,no it is not :).Jackson is my home town and as bad as it can be sometime it still ain't Memphis

I agree. There is no comparison between an irredeemably lame and backwater S-Town like Jackson and any other city on the planet, even Memphis. If you are into a city comprised entirely of decrepit strip malls, prefabricated steel sheds, and chain restaurants/everything, then Jackson is THE place to be. Otherwise, Jackson is likely the second worst place in these United States (Montgomery, Alabama is number 1).

Anyway, Trey is from Jackson. Jackson has a higher percentage of Vols fans, alumni, and influence, so he should not be on the short list of kids from Memphis that the Vols stole from Bama. Unfortunately, Ole Miss, Bama, and even Arkansas have pretty good inroads here.

What about the old country store, pinson mounds and natchez trace?

Graduated from college. Took a job with the West Tennessee Diamond Jaxx. Moved to Jackson. Loved my job. Found a new job 4 months later because I could not being myself to spend one more minute in Jackson, TN. Worst city I have ever lived in, or even visited for that matter. And I have been in a lot of crummy cities.

Apparently you haven't visited Jackson, TN's much poorer sister Jackson, MS.

It's all opinion. I went to UTM. Hated Martin, TN. Graduated, and never want anything to do with that town ever again. Some people love it, I don't. I personally do t think Jackson is all that bad. Some people differ though.

Skyhawk here as well. Also not a fan of Martin. Too small. The size of Jackson is not an issue. It's basically everything else about the city.

You didn't like the Casey Jones Museum?

Hendersonville is great. I've been here for 4 years. Only downfall is if you commute to Nashville during rush hour.
