And what's ironic about this is that Crunchy Leb gets upset at UT throwing out so many offers. You are suggesting they should have offered and then watched his development. It's so fun to be a keyboard fan.
Once again, a certain poster continues to follow his M.O. It's really old, and honestly think the powers that be should send him on a little vacation.
What baffles me is an in-state kid from LA, FL, Cal, TX can get slow played by the in-state power 5 schools, but when they get an offer no matter how late in the process, they are gone. TN does that and gets bad-mouthed for slow playing, yet the kid doesn't sign for another 18 months.

Yup. 350-400 offers looks bad. Especially when a bunch of those early offers which our fans feel are "our coaches better at evaluation" look silly as the recruit ends up signing with Toledo or East Carolina. Of course Wray isn't in that situation. Kid is a top OL prospect who would have had his pick of top schools. We were late in the evaluation. Shouldn't happen with an instate guy. Mays and Wray locked in to UT would look good.
This. Also, we should never pull an offer; but we absolutely should be the first to offer a guy we aren't sure about - amirite? I mean, it's not like Wray doesn't have 2 full years of high school left.
Ppl who say this stuff is a joke. We hv more kids on this damn roster than anyone has a reason to complain about. We owe UT nothing, but this lame perception is dumb and childish
I think people that get challenged and whine like a little girl are jokes. So are people that pose as UT fans and then turn around and defiantly proclaim you don't owe UT anything. You may not owe them anything, but without UT no one has a clue who Buck Fitzgerald is. I'd say he owes them a lot. Now that's not to say he should cattle prod kids to go to school at UT. But I do find it odd that there's a rumor floating around about the coaches being at odds with people at NPA, and the higher rated kids are seemingly going elsewhere. Perceptions are built on people's actions. You have a problem with NPAs current perception with people? Either change your actions or quit whining about getting called out for what you and others there have created.
Sounds like a bunch of men acting like babies if you ask me. Kids should be directed to the schools that will benefit them most. Position coaches, depth charts and their planned major should all have and impact, not butt hurt trainers, coaches or yes, parents.
1st and foremost al Buck owes UT was a fulfillment of his UT educational scholarship. 2nd all your gay perception was caused by a coach using stupidity in recruitment and being a snake. 3rd lets go on the record and check what has come to UT under the NPA umbrella: 1. Eric Gordon, 2. James Stone, 3. Antonio Richardson, 4. Mike Sawyers, 5. Jalen R-Maybin, 6. Josh Malone, 7. Jack Jones, 8 Kyle Phillips, 9. Gaulden, 10. helped them with Barnett, 11. Justin Martin 12. Bumphus
13. Vincent Perry need I go on any more.
Last there is no whining on our end we do what we do to help but we owe nobody anything. It's what is best for the kids and their decision. Some of you want to make false claims but the proof is listed above. so I'll drop the mic and walk on off. Stay in your lane Sanddune.

Doesn't mean its right though.
