'18 TN QB/WR Alontae Taylor (UT commit 6/18/16)

Guys ij want yawl to know Allontae was one of the recruits the weak minded former coach told to run and find somewhere else to go. Have talked to others and it will come out he's doing it to many of the commits.

I wouldn't worry about it.

Dude wants to be a Vol.

Just have to hire the right guy.

This, this, and some more of this!! If anyone doesn’t think we have the best and most loyal fanbase in the country, then they have no clue what they are talking about. There were still fans supporting Butch up until he was fired, which is ludicrous.

It’s kind of a hard measuring stick but it’s hard to overlook USCjr as the most loyal fan base. They lost 21 straight games and still sold out each game. That is dang impressive. Haven’t won a title of any sort since 1969 (only one-ACC) and yet they believe every year.

As for Taylor, publicly named Ga his leader which is interesting. Louisville and GT offering him as QB which is what he wants. His future is WR or DB tho.

Then we'll kick his ass at UGA.

With Gruden coming to town we're past the point of begging for recruits. Either hop aboard the UT train or get steamrolled as we start dominating college football.

If you think Gruden is suddenly going to make Tennessee elite you have another thing coming...It will take years to build up the team. Dominating the sec is even a stretch.

Georgia is firing on all cylinders. Recruiting is elite and team is doing well. Florida looks to make a home run hire with someone like Chip Kelly, Muschamp is doing an alright job at SC, Alabama is Alabama, Auburn returns a ton of talent, etc.

But sure Gruden who has never been the head coach of a single college football team will dominate college football :hi:

Georgia misfired in a big way last weekend. And in case you haven’t seen, sounds like Florida will not be getting Kelly.

No doubt the ball was dropped against Auburn but almost any team in the country would of lost that game as everything went Auburn's way . If they beat Alabama or Auburn in Atlanta they are going to the playoffs if they win out. Georgia will likely finish #2 Or #3 in recruiting class rankings too..after signing the #3 class last year.

There are legit at least 4 or 5 schools in the SEC that think they should be competing for national titles. I just don't see Gruden instantly dominating.

Does anybody else think it's funny that Taylor used a chicken for Loiusville's emoji? I Still think he will be a Vol if we have a big name hire, if not he may be a Cardinaaa, I mean, a Chicken

Louisville -> YUM! Brands -> KFC -> Chicken

Colonel Sanders paying Alontae Taylor to come to UL; will finance it through sales of Real Meals for 5 Bucks.

GA Tech will give him that opportunity as well, from my understanding. If you can hire a coach there is a good shot to hang on to him, I for one would not blame him to open it up until the Feb signing day. He is just a kid doing what is best for him and his family.

Yeah, I don't blame the kid. I would do the same. Hope he has a great career where ever.

Recruiter for UT was at school yesterday, from my understanding, not sure which coaches are still out there hustling but UT stopped by.
