I live in Manchester, close to football program, I do know that with the Alabama offer, it might be the only school offering a dB position that he might take, it’s a dream offer, so the top 3 would now be UT, Wake and Alabama, Georgia is almost in the race, they are pursuing hard

We have other top notch recruits that seem to be very solid. So there is that. Stop trying to blame the fans. It has nothing to do with fans. How often do you hear recruits talking about the fans? Very little. They talk about facilities, tradition, coaching and success of the program.

It’s something that doesn’t need to be talked about. No player is going to say I’m not going to school because of there fans but if you don’t think kids see how this fan base is acting and say to themselves do I wanna really wanna play there then your turning your head to the issue. It’s pathetic how grown men and adults are approaching this situation. This fan base has been embarrassing how there handling the issue. Boycotting Neyland shouldn’t even be talked about. Show some respect for these players that fight like hell and give everything they got. Even butch. Yea he might not of won a title here but you know dam well he tried to.

Im a life long tennessee fan and could honestly not blame a recruit or looking at other schools and it has nothing to do with butch.

Your mistaken if you think a kid puts more than 10 percent into his decision based off the fan base. Otherwise uga would never never of has a good class.....thats just not correct.....its the staff and admin period and point blank... right now kids see now direction but going down.....

Completely agree. With the right hire I think we can be back much quicker than you do, BUT, I'm very pessimistic that we make the right hire.

I hope these kids at least keep an open mind until we do make the hire though.

We have lost, and continue to lose, a lot of talent and depth, and we have culture, conditioning and development issues. Some of our talent hasn't panned out and we're looking at players transferring, leaving early or not rebounding from injury. It's a big job, and the hire is critical.
