It's certainly an interesting thought. In terms of numbers, how many RB's do we really need in the '18 class? I'd think you usually take 2, but if Kelly stays after his Junior year, and none of CFA/the Freshmen RB's transfer, it's hard to see taking 2 and having 7 potentially on the roster for 2018.

Let's get back to the Fulmer years and recruit big fast running backs and use the best in the back field and convert the others to LBs seems to have worked before let's try it again.

A coach can do everything right in recruiting and still not get an instate kid. I really hope we get this kid too, but 17-18 year olds have do many outside influences. So many people with their own agendas. Recruiting is a fickle biotch.

Thank you. Whenever I read "must get" and "no excuses" types of posts I just roll my eyes - can't help myself. It's silly to think that the only factor in recruiting is the coach's effort.
