I don't get kids not having the minimum grades. You literally have to try to not get qualifying grades nowadays.
As somebody who deals with teenagers every day, you severely underestimate the apathy, laziness, and lack of fear of consequences that exists in the minds of our youth. An alarming number of kids today have either no parental guidance at home or snowflake parents....and we are seeing the results.

If its Tennessee recruiting an instate kid, they get pissed off if they aren't offered immediately and then recruited appropriately. Meanwhile, LSU and Georgia and most other schools can make a kid wait until 3 days before NSD and then shoot them an offer causing that recruit to immediately flip as that was the offer they had been waiting on. It's bull****.
Tennessee kids always think somewhere else is better. Well..that's not really fair. It just seems like a lot of the highest ranked Tennessee kids do.
