When you are only analyzing the specific problem of random spree shootings, it makes sense. That is because of how frequently AR 15 style rifles have been used in shooting sprees over the last ten years, especially in the most deadly attacks :Gun control logic makes even less sense than that because they're obsessed with banning the type of gun that is least often used in murders.
Laws against guns has worked so well in Chicago and NYC and Baltimore..... etc. Once you ban guns and the attacks keep happening, what are you going to do then? When you are only analyzing the specific problem of random spree shootings, it makes sense. Hear me out: gigantic electric magnets. Deploy them in high crime areas and activate them at the sound of a gunshot. May affect pacemakers.
No. Now run along.Hear me out. Rather than that, start over. All guns must be turned in. But, you can apply and go through a background check, show proof of insurance for the gun, demonstrate safe keeping, and you get your gun back.

WTF is "proof of insurance" for a gun? Do I only need liability, or do I have to carry collision too in case I shoot someone accidentally?Hear me out. Rather than that, start over.
