That is just the ACT score. Lots more goes into qualifying.

He's been at 3 different schools this semester. That's a clearinghouse nightmare.

With how much bouncing around he did, you can almost guarantee his GPA is crap. I think the clearinghouse may have a problem with the different schools too.
