You were using the higher ranking and the Kansas offer to support your claim that Mann was at the top of our board, arguing against that I was saying offers were coming for Lewis as was a huge jump in the rankings, as those 2 things typically go together. Without having the ranking or Kansas offer to lean on it’s not nearly the same argument you were trying to make as before, that’s all my point was.

But all these guys are likely fall signees, someone won’t transfer until next spring most likely if it happens...so we still likely only have 4 spots as of today for fall, and 3 if you count Burns.

To me he seemed liked the best realistic candidate. I would move him ahead of the 1 and done types like Josiah James because it's better for UT to have a top 50 guy for 3-4 years than a top 10 guy for 1.

That doesn’t seem to mean much to him, some guys will mention that often and you get a vibe that it meant something...everything recently has been about how badly he can’t wait to visit Kentucky and Kansas.

Yeah, but maybe it means enough to him to keep us in his mind in case Kentucky or Kansas backs off.

Andrew Slater flipped his CB from Florida to Tennessee for Tre Mann, and Jerry Meyer just flipped his to Tennessee as well...Meyer also just CB’d Mann’s teammate CJ Walker to Tennessee.
