The deficit is too large to overcome in a state he ultimately won't need. This would basically just set the precedent that the Supreme Court picks the president every time the majority doesn't like the outcome. Of course, there is no chance of this happening. The absolute best case for Trump is they throw out the few thousand votes in Pennsylvania and Biden still wins Pennsylvania by a much bigger margin than Trump won in 2016.

Don’t worry. Their next play is to gloat about only allowing Biden to get 295 and blast the “mainstream media” about calling it early as if it had any impact whatsoever. If they weren’t such morons, they wouldn’t be so predictable.

Of course they have the right to weigh in. I'll be shocked if they do. Trump won't even likely pay for the PA recount. He will need to pay for it and win the recount to have any shot. Election law requires 270 EC votes to win. How does Trump get to 270?

I’ll tell you what a dangerous precedent is. Trying to halt LEGALLY cast mail in ballots from being counted. And now Bill Barr is overstepping his boundaries and interfering in democracy at the behest of the orange loser. That just tells me that his legal team has nothing and they are grasping at straws.

Can you detail how he's done so? Are we now saying that the DoJ shouldn't investigate claims of voter fraud in federal elections? It sounds to me like he's doing his job.

I'm trying to remember your stance on the Obama DoJ defrauding the FISA court to spy on political enemies and the media, and his IRS targeting conservatives.

To your second point I have a problem with any government agency, whether it be the IRS or the ATF, overstepping their boundaries. And if was at the behest of the CoC, that’s even worse.
