2020 Presidential Race

It doesn’t matter what I think of the evidence. Showing the press secretary of the President of the United States giving her press conference is not being a mouthpiece. It’s allowing the leader of the free world to make his case to the American people. They censored him to keep you from hearing it.

I can’t believe people cannot see what a dangerous precedent this is
It kind of defies belief. This after they let Biden make an acceptance speech for the election that isn't settled. It's hard to believe it's anything but narrative-building.

Real Clear Politics have pulled AZ, GA, & PA back into play...edit: Possibly weren't changed. I thought they had been.

Michigan, Wisconsin, Nevada up next?

Wasn't CNN leading the celebration party?

It seems to have settled itself. Trump is asking for remedies that are not legally permissible. His chance of winning the vote is mathematically impossible. Instead he's asking to throw out just the votes that he wants thrown out on grounds that aren't supported by law based on a complete lack of evidence. His lawsuits are being dismissed as quickly as he can file them. Meanwhile, the law prescribes a process for certification and deadlines that will be met. It's over for Trump.

If it's not settled, and the Supreme Court awards Trump the presidency in an unconstitutional act of naked partisanry, then we are witnessing the end of the American experiment.

Hillary Clinton concedes presidential election to Donald Trump: 'We must accept this result'

Four years ago today. Any chance Donny finds his big boy pants today and concedes? Of course not.
Pretty sure they’re still counting. Were they doing that 4 years ago? Were there any fraud concerns? Legitimate or not, as close as this election was in those swing states, with the accusations of fraud, and with more than double the mail in votes seen in any prior election it’s worth taking another look at things to make sure all is on the up and up. I thought Biden wanted to let the process play out? If that were actually true then why is he out there claiming victory now? The process isn’t finished even if it does look like he will be the winner. It’s funny how quickly he changed narratives the second he thought it was to his benefit. Truly shocking. I REALLY didn’t see that coming!

There will be absolutely a change. Everything will work because Biden did it and he'll be praised with statutes built for defeating the Corona Virus singlehandedly.
He will wrap a chain around his arm and threaten it. The virus will have to respect him and the rest of the T-Birds then!

You mean over like Missouri, Kentucky, Ohio, and Michigan joining the PA SC ruling where they just changed the laws, or how MSM are now taking the win away from Joe and putting states back in play, or, oh wait, how the Sec Def was sent packing today and a former Green Beret who specializes in counter terrorism, insurgency, and insurrection was installed lol?
Yea I can see how things are looking up for you.

So, you're saying that the system doesn't give the Supreme Court the powers to settle this? Is that why the Dems asked Amy Barret if she's abstain from the vote they knew was coming well before the election?

I've been predicting it goes to the Supreme Court and he wins there. You supported the impeachment of the POTUS on suspicion, innuendo, and political wrangling. But you're mourning the death of the Republic if the Supreme Court does their job. lol

Spare us.

Again... This is one of the guys that applauded the impeachment of the POTUS on conjecture for purely partisan reasons, and he's clutching his pearls that maybe the Republic may be over because his candidate accepted an office that hasn't yet been given him.

I've been trying to figure out the SecDef move.

This will not go to the Supreme Court and Trump will not win this election.

And for the record, I'm not bemoaning this republican death rattle whatsoever..

The Supreme Court can only interpret the laws. Which law do you believe requires handing the presidency to the guy who got boat raced in the vote totals?

Again, the margins are too much to overcome.

The number of affected ballots is believed to be between 3,000 and 4,000. Election law experts said that even if the justices were to later invalidate them, the only way this would impact the outcome of the race between President Trump and Democratic nominee Joe Biden is if the election were decided by Pennsylvania and the pair were separated in the state by a very slim margin.

Current margin in Pennsylvania is 45k.

Supreme Court orders separate count of late-arriving Pa. ballots
It’s still important to see this through as this was dangerous precedent set by the PA SC.

Interpreting federal election laws and results.

Are you claiming that the Supreme Court doesn't have the right to weigh in? Again... Is that why the Dems asked the newest Supreme COurt justice if she's abstain from voting when the election came before the Supreme Court? Congress seems to think they have jurisdiction.

Did you watch that press conference? I just did online. They gave a list of evidences they had, sworn affidavits, eye witnesses, irregularities. The press in the room did not ask about that, they shouted accusations at them, called them sore losers, and tried to explain it away. That’s our media. They aren’t investigating this, they are simply there to chastise President Trump and defend Biden/democrats at all costs. It is not only awful, but scary for the future of this country. Only one side is allowed to have a voice.

All of their post election lawsuits have been unsuccessful. Get back to us when some of the crap Trump is throwing against the wall sticks.
