That depends upon how many votes came in after November 3 cut off, and how many of those were for Biden. At this point the PA secretary of state can’t give anyone an answer on how many that is. And that’s just one challenge in PA.

And they’re asking for a halt to the count not a complete cessation of the count; count all valid ballot’s and toss the invalid and illegal ballots. No one knows how many that is at this point.

There is no way for them to make up the current margin. It's too much. They aren't going to make up a 48,000 vote spread by a combination of a recount and having a few hundred votes kicked out here and there. It's over.

It looks like they would want every vote possible to be counted... that is their only chance.

It's not going to be over 48,000. Reality should set in. Biden has won Pennsylvania. You are kidding yourselves.

I feel like it's somewhat moot because neither side is going to be charged but it seems as if we need to be in dispute with the foreign nation in question according to this definition:

The Logan Act (1 Stat. 613, 18 U.S.C. § 953, enacted January 30, 1799) is a United States federal law that criminalizes negotiation by unauthorized American citizens with foreign governments having a dispute with the United States.

I don't think he has a chance and I hope he doesn't because that means that the election really was stolen which would be devastating.

That said, I think he's not out there because his legal team has told him it will work against him. Once he's lost his appeals you'll see him out there making excuses and spouting the theories.

What did Trump start doing early on in this election process? He started planting the seed that the only way he could lose was due to fraud or a rigged election. Why did he do this? Because he knew the outlook wasn’t favorable.
Now... here we are and you are repeating his lines, in all caps of course.

What did Trump also do during the election cycle (and for most of the last 4 years)? Demonized states with democratic leadership. What are you doing now?? The same.

Get Trump out of your head and start thinking logically. Do you honestly think the Democratic Party (or any party) could pull off stealing an election across several states? Especially when everyone in the country knows extra scrutiny is going to be on this election??

Again, start doing your own thinking. You’re smarter than this.

Yes it's moot because no one has ever been convicted. My point was the use of it (and buy in from folks here) during the Flynn situation was BS.

I’m not kidding myself or anyone else; unlike you I don’t propose to know how many votes arrived after November 3, or how many other votes that are invalid were counted and counted for whom. I don’t and will not make any projections on who comes out on top. As I’ve stated before a loss in a fair, validated election is fine but that is the minimum acceptable standard, and ANY votes not conforming to state laws must be excluded if we are to remain a constitutional republic of law.

Yes, you are kidding yourself. This was a free and fair election. You just don't like the result. The right was up in arms when Hillary Clinton advised Biden to not accept the results on election night, if he lost. Now, it's a completely different tune. It's hypocrisy.
