That's what the observers are for. To look for evidence. It's why "obstructing justice" or "destruction of evidence" is a crime.

I'll have to go this presentation in whole another time; but if the way he leads in is accurate, this software approach is absolutely fraudulent. Numbers are numbers. In the case of elections you don't apply algorithms to manipulate or in any other way affect the data. It's simple; real simple; you just determine a vote for one and add it to the existing count (integer value not floating point) - it's not rocket science - it's basic - very basic arithmetic. The only place where the software should make a "decision" is whether there are discrepancies on the ballot. Example: both Trump/Pence and Biden/Harris blocks are checked. That is cause to reject the ballot; neither filled in isn't cause. One candidate selected is valid - no matter voter affiliation or precinct affiliation or any other "factor". If the maker of voting software can't start with such a simple premise, then they don't belong in the business.

I sorta pity Pelosi for the next couple of years.
1) She will not be able to let anyone out of a vote to help them with popularity with their constituents
2) Every coalition from The Squad to the Blue Dogs becomes empowered. She literally needs almost every Dem to vote on any bill from budget to renaming a federal building for it to pass.

That I have no idea on. I have no idea how election crimes get handled. I am guessing there is still a fine for the crime. Maybe a deeper dive into things.

I dont believe Trump is winning this FWIW.

The Presidency is this biggest prize in American politics, so obviously republicans should feel gutted by losing it. That being said, everything else on election night went about as well as they could have possibly dreamed. They’ll still control the Senate, which basically neuters Biden’s presidency before it starts. Then with the shocking results across the country on election night, they’ve put themselves in prime position to win back the house in two years. And on top of that, conservatives rule the federal judiciary.

Maybe Republicans should do better selling their ideas to Californians. They voted for Reagan twice and HW Bush. Surely they can be convinced again.

As it stands right now the North is basically ignored by Reps. The south is basically ignored by Dems. And the election is decided by 3-4 states in the rust belt.

Conservatives probably feel quite okay with everything. Trump is out, Biden won, but will be neutered for his term. It’s the MAGAs that are most upset. They only care about one thing, and that’s Trump. He lost, so everybody has to lose. That’s the way it goes.

That is the natural extension of the electoral college. It would not be that way if we went with majority.

Pelosi absolutely deserves everything we think is coming her way ... in spades. To see her walk out the door as squashed as Nadler or carried out on a stretcher or in a straight jacket would be most fitting.

You’d be surprised how many would get behind “fiscal responsibility” if Rep would stop letting the evangelicals dictate their social policy and at least pretend to care about climate change. You’d probably see a hefty swing to the right.

Then the Dems would start courting the evangelicals and the parties would flip like they did around the 1940s.

We should be far more concerned with and apply the harsher penalties to white collar crime than the normal hug stuff. A thief can just rob you and take what you have, but a white collared thief can destroy you and lead you to the grave.
