2020 Presidential Race

I can't argue with that.

Does the entire state of Ga do computer ballots? or just part of the state? Do the computer votes end up getting printed out into paper form?

Yes, and yes. I live in GA. They transitioned to the current machines in either 16 or 18. You make your selection on the touchscreen and submit your ballot electronically. Once submitted, you print a copy of your ballot to review, and then the paper copy is placed in a secure dropbox watched by election officials. It is my understanding that this system was rolled out statewide.

Edit: It looks like this system wasn't statewide until the primary elections earlier this year. I know my county has used them since at least the 18 mid terms and maybe since the 16 general. Here is a good link from AJC showing the process.

The whole state did paper ballots and counted them by machine. They “audited” the machines and found them to be working as intended. They’re still recounting the ballots by hand and expect to be finished by tomorrow.
OK, then in that case, the ballots were likely stuffed/fabricated in Fulton County. They stopped the count once they saw Trump pulling away and then started creating ballots.

Well I know in TN, or at least in my precinct, we voted on a touchscreen. How do you "hand count" all of the votes in that situation?
The machine in TX was a touch screen also. It squirted out your ballot after you certified it. Then you watched the election official run your paper ballot thru the tabulation machine. At the time I thought wow this is over kill. After the last two weeks now I think genius.

There’s a lot that went on that needs reform.

Counting before all votes are in and stopping the counts once they start should absolutely never happen

The Wayne County Board of Canvassers has just unanimously voted to certify the results of the election.

Even after that news is coming out, Trump is celebrating them not certifying. So I expect a few more rage tweets in the near future.
I posted an article earlier from a Detroit paper which stated the GOP Reps were willing to certify the results if Detroit was excluded at this point. So they were already haggling. I’d guess before you spike the ball you see what concessions were offered.

Old news.
Republican county mismanaged by republican officials. Netted Trump about 800 - makes no difference. GA about to be officially certified for Biden.

Edit: Second republican county that screwed up - not a factor.
I agree that it's not going to matter... but how do thousands of votes just disappear in America? That just shouldn't happen.

Here is my question. How do you "hand count" votes that were entered into a computer?

You can't. I read up on that today. It seems like most states have gone to paper ballots. You can only recount by hand if there was a paper ballot to start with. TN is one of the remaining states that hasn't gone to paper ballots - although in my voting precinct they have been paper ballots that you mark with a pen for some time now. We did have computer screens at least once years ago. Seems like we've had the push pin type in the past, too.

Same as Texas only here they ran your paper ballot thru the tabulation machine before securing it in a drop box. Pretty solid design based on the last two weeks **** show I’d say.
