2020 Presidential Race

You're so wrong, but you'll never know. Neal has forgotten more about education than I'll ever know? That's got to be one of the most ignorant statements ever.
I could give you a list of 100's of students from my area alone who have received full rides to the top universities in the nation. The problems aren't with public education, a fact which any thinking person would understand.
Hundreds out of how many thousands? Honestly, my biggest problem with education is we teach children to be sheep rather than free thinkers. I remember butting heads with teachers simply because our opinions were different. They didn't like that. They want kids to fall in line. Now, that wasn't all teachers, but in my experience, it was the majority.

I'd be curious what subject you teach(if you are a teacher as opposed to admin), and how you deal with students that don't share your opinions.

Differing opinions, and their defense, are strongly encouraged in most classrooms.
Varies with age and content........Time and a place for most everything.

Not an encouraging answer. Teachers love kids that just regurgitate what they're told. I'd rather a curriculum that encouraged kids to reason for themselves.

I think he is a school superintendent. Just a guess from his postings.

Don't think so. The linked story is dated today.

Rev. Al Sharpton said he isn’t ruling out a run for the 2020 Democratic presidential nomination, just two days after some of his most pointed public critiques of President Donald Trump.

“I never rule anything out,” said Sharpton, adding that he isn’t currently exploring a run for the nomination.

Sharpton’s feeling about where the Democratic Party is in relation to Trump is no secret. This year, on a recent visit to the United Kingdom, Sharpton told the Guardian Trump would likely Keep America Great because Democrats are “too tame to deal with an untamed opponent.” And he’s run before, citing among other things, a need to insert his voice at a time where the party had seemed insincere about its declared direction.

Check out the article I linked from 2018. Specifically the quoted verbiage. I am well aware the linked story was from 2019 but also void of any specific information. Furthermore when you do a quick internet search this doesn’t pop up anywhere. Hell the part in your post about UK was in the 2018 article. The real issue is you follow real crappy sites.

Damn, so I don't need more popcorn? I don't see any difference in what an independent.org journalist misses and CNN this day and time.

Trump's speech is scheduled for 7 p.m. E.T. at the Southern New Hampshire University arena in Manchester, NH.

'This Is My Bucket List': Supporters Line Up 36 Hours Before Trump's NH Rally

SUPPORTERS FORM LINE OUTSIDE ARENA

Some people have been in line since Tuesday, including Lisa Belanger, who was first in line.

“This may be the only opportunity I'll ever have to go to a Trump rally and I was not going to miss it,” Belanger said.

Merchandise stands were also in place outside the arena, and enthusiastic supporters were seen early Thursday morning picking up some new gear.

"We agree with everything he is doing," said Gloria Brewitt, of Epping. "He is one of the first presidents that has done what he said he was going to do, and we hope that he will be here for another four years."

Some supporters came from outside New Hampshire.

"Even if you are not political, this is a time in American history when you should come to a Trump rally, because there is nothing like it," said Edward Young, of New Jersey. "It is bigger than the Super Bowl. It's bigger than game 7 of the World Series. It's bigger than New Year's Eve in Times Square. This is it, and it's a one-man show."
