Completely disagree. A lot easier to practice social distancing on a farm or rural area than the inner city. A lot easier.Apartments/whatever. They live in their own space. Havent heard of too many communal living types. If they are in their space they are going to be just as safe as the rest of us living in our apartments/homes/whatever.
Voting by mail just seems like a minefield to me. It’s next to impossible to verify votes and so easy to abuse the system and get ahold of blank ballots by any number of means. I could see maybe opening up online voting and tying a vote to an IP address or at least a multi step authentication process. But did they download their ballot? No way the Dems win on this. I actually think it's a good time to talk about early voting. If there is any tyyof early voting it can be on the Monday before the Tuesday election.

Yeah... I’ve had that same thought and I don’t get it either. Here in GA, they even mail you something asking if you’d like to receive an absentee ballot.Mail in voting is already allowed in almost every state. All anyone has to do is request an absentee ballot so I don’t know what the Dems complaint is.

I’m all for voting over a couple of days, having Election Day on Saturday to make things more convenient etc, but at some point citizens should have to put forth a slight bit of effort.
Yep... and that’s nuts. I’m fine with doing it online, but you have to preregister your IP address or use 2 step authentication that includes a code that you don’t get until Election Day. You do it any other way and political operatives will just give stuff away in return for people using their ballot as currency. What I think the Dems want for mail in voting is the ability to print off a ballot and send it in anonymously. Easy for a person to get multiple votes that way.
Ok, please explain what is all the hubbub over "mail in voting" about? Every state already permits absentee ballots so why is this even a discussion?
