2022 Recruits

i'm sure Duke is the new kid on the block with a notable coach, SC is a powerhouse with Dawn, LSU everybody is wondering what she will do and Kim is just an attraction with all the antics herself, ND there are reports out about her being watched by admin to see how she will do but people i believe want ND to do well, NC had an influx of talent so can Courtney coach that talent and will she improve (she has had the same timeline exactly as kellie), and Uconn is Uconn.

I am just glad to hear people talking about TN again and not in a negative way LOL. Parity is good for the game and if the other schools can improve it will only grow the game.
Said it when Kara took the job they were about to go to another level both on and off the court. First it was the instant following, second it was the social media blitz of her speaking to recruits/families while coaching her team and then the Duke education/experience.

Duke the last few years went all in on womens athletics in coaching hires and making winning a priority. Marissa Young in softball and Lawson were both homerun hires.

The ACC is going to be fun to watch this season just like the SEC. Somebody is going to fail just to many good teams for everyone to be successful. Always fun when at least four or five teams in a league can compete with anyone.

Kara has done nothing on the court yet...
Stephanie White had an instant following and windfall,,,but fell short

Until I see the cake,,,it's just four, sugar and inert ingredients
Coach Kellie has proven she can make a cake,,and
out of non-name brand ingredients
before now
Fair on Kara and record. Not sure we eat the same type of cake when the best season in 16 years as HC is one Sweet Sixteen. I'm not knocking CK but the analogy you choose to go with based on her overall record.

Long way to go before they can be called homerun hires. They look like good coaches that could be successful, but right now they are on first base.

Maybe. The ACC hasn't had four or five teams that compete with anyone in years. It's been mostly a two team race at the top with a bunch of inconsistent to mediocre teams beating up on each other.

True looks like NC, Fla. St, and Duke at least are looking like teams that are progressing to be in the hunt as all three have really upgraded their roster.

Kara has been successful at every endeavor she has undertaken. You are not a Torchbearer for no reason. I love and support Kellie but Kara would have been my choice if she had been ready to coach. She will be very successful at Duke.

Not sure about that, Young has already put herself in a good position winning the ACC title this year (year 4). An assistant coach who has already taken over a program at UConn and another that will be gone shortly in Josh Bloomer. Kara as has to do it on the floor, but everywhere she’s gone she been a successful. I’ll give her the benefit knowing her track record.

And I am 100 behind Coach K,,,wanted her from the moment she was considered
it'll be interesting watching this play out
