Long way to go for either of them to be a homerun. Takes more than one title and Kara is 0 and 1 in conference play. That doesn't equate to a homerun you can give them one your choice the majority would not. So you may be sure but I'm not and saying either of them is a homerun at this point is kind of silly. Not sure about that, Young has already put herself in a good position winning the ACC title this year (year 4). An assistant coach who has already taken over a program at UConn and another that will be gone shortly in Josh Bloomer. Kara as has to do it on the floor, but everywhere she’s gone she been a successful. I’ll give her the benefit knowing her track record.
Return on investment early is promising. Been awhile since we’ve had a women’s title but we can differ on hires and titles.Long way to go for either of them to be a homerun. I have no doubt Lawson might eventually get it done but it is going to be at least three to four seasons and if not by then never. That is every new coaches timeline took Dawn that long and even Geno in the beginning.Like I said, ROI
with Young, but you look at time I look at how fast she got a title. We can revisit Lawson later, but for the time and the generation being recruited now I’ll side with my stance. But hey, we can differ.
