Compromise died a long time ago. It's all or nothing and the American people lose. They do agree on pay raises and extra benefits for themselves. Killing any legislation that curbs their stock trading etc.....

The strategic petroleum reserve (SPR) is 43% lower today than when the Biden Administration took office. During the current administration, the SPR has seen lows not seen since 1983 when it was still growing. The SPR was started in 1975.

Well there is one basic difference. The Heritage Foundation indeed published it and promotes it on their webpage. Of course there will be less than honest and hyperbolic interpretations however the policy plans are there to read in the open domain.
