The will of the voters will be followed. The voters voted for president and vice president. They voted those two knowing if something happened to president the VP assumes the role.

The party politicians are urging him to withdraw from the race. They aren't urging him to step down or invoking their process to remove.

Politically they painted themselves into a corner with backing Biden when his decline was evident and there was time for D voters to have input on who they wanted as candidate.

Aside from votes actuary mattering more than polls, voter turnout in the primaries was over 13K times larger than the participation in that poll.

The primaries selected the ticket for your party. The winners were the Biden/Harris ticket. Your choices are run the ticket selected by the voters, exercise the 25th amendment from your cabinet, or replace the ticket at your convention in a coup that would make Stalin, Putin, and the Russian oligarchs proud.
