You claim the flag burning is unconstitutional and ignore that the courts have ruled that student loan forgiveness is illegal and unconstitutional.Your political biased is showing. Burning a public flag( those burned in Union Station were taken down from flag poles) is already against the law with a. $1000 fine and / or 1 yr in jail.

You seem turned around. I've never claimed burning a flag is unconstitutional. Trump is the one who suggested it should be punished which would be unconstitutional. So to lay out all out

Burning a flag = protected speech
Burning someone else's property = crime

I've not ignored the student loan rulings it's just that I place them miles below preserving the 1st and 2nd Amendments. It seems Trump and the right just can't say the same. Pity

You can't make up your own definition of DEI.

Facts are not what you decide they are. That's what democrats do. Well...you could be a democrat but still.

Biden specifically stated he would get a black woman after James Clyburn told him that's one of the things he had to do to get his support in South Carolina when Biden campaign was dead in the water.

The VP pick was announced well past the South Carolina primary so she didn't help. Harris was one of the worst options available. Blacks weren't even voting for her.

Joe is so bad now, even a gentle breeze would be more popular. Once the non substance phase of this Kamala Harris announcement ends then the middle (independents) will find out why the WH wanted to roll with a possible dementia riddled candidate than Harris.

State run media will do all they can to prop her up. They are already asking SJW's like Steph Curry and Steve Kerr how they feel about Harris to get their public support.

I didn't say attack on being a dei candidate bur that's what she is. Overall it's the lack of competence and bad policy ideas that's worse. That's where they should aim. Also, if she tries to speak with substance she's a walking bozo, she has to take the racist and sexist angle.
