Burning someone else's property = crime

I’m in nursing, we are mostly women so I only see the ethnic aspect of things it’s funny how we ll have such different experiences and live in the same place.. it’s probably greatly dependent upon your field I would assume.. and if women were taking jobs in your field to tick a box, not because of their qualifications, then that’s some bullcrap..
