2024 Presidential Race

The internet says it's been debunked, but it's an election year and there's misinformation everywhere. They just said a couple of weeks ago that Kamala Harris was never the border czar. 🤷

For the moment, knowing what I know about the democrat party, I'm going to believe that Tim Walz drank a gallon of horse jizz.

LOL

He didn't denigrate Walz service. Denigrating his service would be calling him a dirty nasty leg (but so was Vance), a weekend warrior, Nasty Girl, worthless cannon cocker or something along those lines. Everything Vance said is true and even vets that didn't serve in combat understand what an absolute sh!t bird thing Walz did.

I'm a vet and don't see the issue.

He registered to run for congress long before his deployment orders came through. The implication was that he was intending to separate before he knew he was being deployed.

This is an absolute dog sh*t line of attack on the guy. I don't understand how attacking a guy who served 24 years in the ANG could be used as any rational source of political ammunition.

Attack his policies as Governor of Minnesota, but denigrating his service is ****ing dumb and appears to show massive desperation by the Trump/Vance ticket.

Kamala Harris said she might do an interview by the end of the month but she'll have to consult with her team. This is another indication that she is unqualified for the job but she is smart enough to try to basement her way to the presidency.

@evillawyer the good news is instead of you swallowing hard to vote for an unqualified black woman, if Harris loses like she should her 15 minutes of fame are over. She got two chance to ever win a primary - slim and none. Not because she is black but because she is incompetent and 90% of America knows she's an unqualified extreme pandering candidate who wants to be the first of something that she shouldn't be within miles of doing.

We'll have to agree to disagree.

It feels weird for me to even say that because I agree with you >99% of the time lol.
I agree with Hog from the standpoint of the media will largely ignore it, if not entirely, since it was long ago, thankfully no one got hurt and it doesn’t move the needle politically for anyone already NOT voting for Trump. It does, however, show poor judgement that has carried over into his political ideologies and policies. But again, probably won’t move the needle for any sizable voting bloc.

Units are issued warning orders to prepare for deployment months before actual deployment orders are issued, he knew his unit was preparing to deploy. It's a nice little play on their part to get people to say "well hell he didn't even know, the orders weren't issued". He accepted his appointment to the SGTM academy and was frocked to E-9 knowing his unit was going oversees. THEN he quit the course and chose to retire after he explored his options to run for congress and found out he had a shot. Sorry but I have a problem with senior leadership bailing out when it's time to go and that is not denigrating his service, that is criticizing his decisions.

Now if he would have turned down the course and promotion to start with because he wanted to run for congress I would have no problem with his actions. Once you are eligible to retire nobody should be criticized for doing so but this guy reenlisted and accepted a position knowing they were going to deploy and then said "ah nope not me".

Not even trying to hide it. Needs almost 21 days to figure it out.

Just talk and let the rest take care of itself.

Newsflash…..Reported China proxy Mexican Cartel’s currently flying bomb loaded drones over Souther Boarder.

Carry on, Biden/Harris have us protected. Sorry….Harris said she would not fix the boarder until she is elected.

LOL, whatever man. You want to beat up on a guy who served for two and half decades and then Monday morning quarterback the way in which he decided to retire, go for it. It demonstrates to anyone that's paying attention that you're desperate to find something wrong with the guy. Beating up on a 24-year vet that decided to separate to start a new chapter instead of going Afghanistan is a loser. The only thing Donny and the weirdo should be saying to any career vet is "thank you for your service" and then shutting the f*** up.

Absolutely wreaks of desperation but plays into the political BS handbook, take a positive and nitpick it into a negative.

I don't believe that was discussed. If I had to bet on it, I'd guess that more than once in his life he drove 40 mph over the limit. As did Trump. As did Vance. As have all of us.

Get off your high horse.
Does Trump drive? I assume he's always been chauffeured.

I admire anyone who serves in the military and will never degrade them because of their service. That does not mean I have to agree with them on everything away from their service.

I also feel those who serve have the right to speak their mind and criticize another’s service if it is warranted. I am listening to them.

You're entitled to your own opinion even when that opinion is wrong.

I haven't seen anything coming out of the Trump campaign "denigrating" or criticizing his career in the NG, just the way he left it. Plus his blatant lie about carrying a weapon of war in war deserves to be mocked.

I think I also take issue with how it seems he pretends to have been some special forces guy too, based on what he's been seen wearing in public.

I mock the fake redneck operators for wearing surplus gear out everywhere thinking they're cool. I'll definitely mock a political hack for doing the same thing.

Walz's time in the NG shouldn't be criticized and anyone doing so should be ashamed. The way he ended his time is fair game.
