Nah, you look like a straight douche trying to gatekeep military service. A corporal in the marines (vance) should shut his junior enlisted yapper and give a wide birth to a E-8.Lol. Working one weekend a month and jumping ship when it was time to actually serve deserves all the criticism it gets. You can appreciate that someone did actually serve but by no means do you have to weigh everyone’s service the same. Where did you serve?

Yall keep it up though, criticizing military service is really going to resonate with the undecided middle. Smart.
90% of restaurants shouldn’t have waiters IMO. Certainly high end places should have waiters, but so many folks eat out numerous meals per week and most are looking for quality food at a good value. I can see the model going more towards placing your order via your phone then picking up your tray of food once it’s ready. Middle of the road restaurants waiters are often more of a hindrance than a help anyway.I am dubious. If the payroll only went to minimum, 20% maybe possible. Seems low to me though.
To wait tables for minimum wage, the juice isn't worth the squeeze. About a third of the customers are problems but they will crush your soul.
So, if tips are not part of the mix, I don't think restaurants will find waitstaff when they can work easier jobs for same money.
Oh, it’s MUCH worse than that. Listen to the men he served with talk about it.Why do you want to run him down so bad? Is it because of a couple of statements he made in the past? How many years did you serve? I respect your service and your knowledge, but it seems you're going out of your way to disparage this guy. Easy, man
A person that bales when it’s time to deploy deserves to be called the pos that they are. Of course that isn’t the only reason he’s a worthless pos. Since you’re trying to play rank, the corporal would’ve been charged with desertion…..the E-8 gets a convenient retirement.
You miss the point... congrats on his service.... the fact of the matter is its stolen valor to say you were in combat when you werent, to say you were an e9 when you werent.. to wear the cap and the insignia of special forces... when you werent. It's actually punishable by jail time.Nah, you look like a straight douche trying to gatekeep military service. The fact he didnt deploy simply shows cowardice... the stolen valor though is inexcusable and something that simply makes him unelectable. The E-8 earned retirement after 24 years and hell, I don't blame him for not wanting to go to Afghanistan. Especially if retirement is on the table. You guys Monday morning quarterbacking what he "should" have done are clowns.
Keep it up, beating up a 24 year vet over nonsense is a great look.
I especially find your attacks on a vet comical given your boi trump is the first POTUS that didn't serve in any branch, in any capacity. If Walz is POS, what does that make the dotard?
He purposely ignored the chain of command and bypassed his commanding officer to get his retirement approved AFTER he got the warning of the upcoming deployment. In a rational world; this interview right here should end his political career.Admittedly I don’t think this moves up to “stolen valor” level stuff not the promotion. I do think he has embellished a tad on his roles and record but he did indeed serve for two and a half decades. It just seems so hap hazard and totally self inflicted for anybody who might have been planning a post service political career.
