2024 Presidential Race

Just like Trump. you are doing nothing but speaking in vague generalities.

What specific policies are you referring to, which will lead to this growth? Are you going to make the tired argument that tax cuts pay for themselves with growth ... or that the added costs of tariffs aren't passed along to consumers? Trump is typically very short on specifics concerning how to combat inflation. He doesn't often show a good command of how inflation is caused. He will usually go off on a tangent about tariffs, though.

Trump's speech at the RNC was a rambling mess that mentioned "defeating inflation," like they were a football team that had upset us last season, but he never said a word about what policies or initiatives that would involve. Project 2025 goes into some detail about it, but he can't use them anymore. The reality is, that whenever Trump starts talking about inflation, you will hear little to no specific proposals of his own at all. He never brings any substance to the discussion of how to fight inflation. Nor does he seem to understand how some of his own policies, enacted during his first term, applied inflationary pressures to the economy.

How do you think taxing people and corporations to death will fix anything? Are you one who cries about “paying their fair share” bs? Inflation won’t matter in this case because companies will just double down on price increases while sending a ton of people home without a job. I guess personal experience has taught you nothing. There’s hope though because “yesterday was today yesterday….today is today….tomorrow is today tomorrow”. I’m glad you can prosper off of word salad and cackles from morons.

"Critics of Walz's handling of taxpayer funds have also noted an $18 billion surplus in Walz's $72 billion budget that was initially supposed to be returned to taxpayers but was spent on other state initiatives instead.

"We know that when there is tax relief offered for young families . . . as great as that sounds, and we are appreciative of that point, if Minnesota wasn't such an expensive place to live," House Minority Leader Lisa Demuth said in March. "In addition to that $18 billion of surplus that is now gone, taxes and fees – our state budget – was raised by another $10 billion. We grew government in a way that is unsustainable."

What a turd. I am beginning to believe they picked him on purpose to tank her chances of winning because they know she is clueless and incompetent.

Maybe they replace him at the DNC convention. Or in late September. Or the week before the election.

All they need to do is cite bad poll numbers. Per modern leftist, making changes based on polling is the best way to execute the Will of the American people.

Democracy!!!
And a new honeymoon period will start over closer to the election.

Sorry to be a snarky dick about this, but it's true...

The truth is that your vote (presuming you're a TN resident) - along with most of those from pro-Trump PF voters - really makes no difference. That Trump will win Tennessee is a foregone conclusion.

My vote, however, for Harris here in North Carolina - is actually meaningful. My state is definitely a battleground that either candidate could win. The ads on TV are already non stop.

Once again, the election will boil down to the decision by voters in AZ, WI, MI, PA, GA, NC and maybe a couple other states.

The PF likely has a fair number of folks from both GA and NC. These are the minds here you should convince.

My wife, son, and I will all vote Trump here in NC as well as all those folks who voted Red in the landslide midterms and gave the Republicans a veto proof super majority in the state legislature. No way Harris wins NC overall, so we will be OK. She might win Mecklenburg County though...there's an incredible concentration of shtupid in Charlotte. Like most bigger cities, the poor and ignorant vote Dimwit endlessly despite things only getting worse and worse for them.

I wish the media would get the word and stop propping her up.

The only people who care about the difference between E8 and E9 weren't voting for Harris to begin with....

This is the guy that's gonna unleash hell on earth?

Except Walz absolutely does not have any interest in allowing people to make their own choices, as clearly evidenced by his totalitarian COVID-19 policies. If Josh Eakle supports a candidate, you know they're about as left as can be despite his purported "libertarian bonafides."

So if the buck stops with him on this fraud, what about Trump's COVID programs that got defrauded? We're talking $9b of fraud from the CARES Act alone.

It's really hard to attack the other party from solid ground when you root for either of the two teams.

So Walz behaved like a lot of Republicans did during a one-off pandemic, and that's why we believe he'll unleash hell on earth? Lol

Just train your kids the differences between right and wrong. Kids are trainable to know the difference. We are living in the world where kids are now raising kids and in many, not all, cases they are not holding themselves or their children accountable. Gets worse every year. Politics cannot be a substitute for religion. Discipline is key.

Walz was quite a bit more heavy-handed than Republican governors. "Hell on Earth" is very hyperbolic, but pretending that Walz is a Libertarian stalwart is every bit as absurd.

Nobody said he is any kind of libertarian, let alone stalwart.

If "a bit more heavy handed" on Covid is the first critique you make of a guy, you're not doing a good job selling the idea that he is especially bad.

People blame schools/teachers but in many instances, the parents are just not in the mix.

You also always have bad apples. There are some instances where people are just giving every tool to suicide, raised right, etc. but still turn out bad. It is almost inevitable with them. Ironically, I find out that these bad seeds tend to one day find their way back because they were raised right but it usually isn't until their 50s or so.

Katy Perri is someone that stands out to me as she was raised in a church and tried to, initially, make moral enriching music. In her own words, she cited that she "sold out" to the devil and that brought her fame and money. It does seem that success is tied to evil in a lot of ways. It is telling in the Bible that it was Satan that offered Jesus the world via temptation. Food for thought there...

There was a LOT more than 9B of COVID fraud...
