She has cancelled additional debates. She is trying to change the rules for the Sept 10 debate. I think she hopes to personally attack Trump to rile him up, and butt in his remarks because they are making the calculation that sassy black woman remarks are positive.

I’m worried about this, I think Trump will go into attack mode because she is annoying as h3ll, but eyes on the prize, he needs to get the moderates and independents, and that’s not the way to do this… if he can stay calm like he did with Biden, I think it’s over.. of course, the media will say Kamala won even if she doesn’t even show up .. but we will know

On the other hand, she is a trained prosecutor who knows how to handle chronic liars on the stand. And she is a decent speaker especially with time to prepare. Just my opinion but I think Trump is taking a big chance debating her. If he acts like he usually does, there is a fair chance that he will panic, leave the script and go off the rails. And if he starts the personal attacks, he is going to make matters worse for himself among female and ethnic voters and independents. Didn’t have to worry about that with Biden.

I just think it would be a mistake to underestimate her. Biden is basically a vegetable and wasn’t quick enough to deal with the exaggerations. A decent prosecutor deals with liars and half truths every day. It wouldn’t surprise me at all if he backs out. Might be smart if he did.

I agree she wouldn't be Biden bad, but there is a reason her team pushed back against another debate like the one in June, and its not because she is some great prosecutor. and its not like her time as prosecutor was without some pretty major controversy.
