I first just saw the news clips of the Hinchcliff set in segments with laughter edited out before I saw the full thing. It sounded very bad. Then I watched the whole set without the crowd reaction removed. It totally changes the meaning and the tone of the set. It still wasn't his best stuff, but it didn't feel nearly as mean or tone deaf as I originally thought.

I get it now with Harris word salad. She is attempting to evoke a vision of transformational leadership but you can't call yourself a transformational leader. It's a style that others must see in you. Harris falls way short.

Harris is attempting to evoke the definition without having any of the characteristics. I think her only argument is allowing the bureaucracy to train others to follow their line of thinking.
