All she needs is PA, WI, MI. The narrative just about any time you turn on the TV or watch a video breakdown of polling, odds, etc is that those 3 states just about always vote together. So if they all cheat, and they will, that'll be the narrative again is that they all 3 voted together like they always do. Fox will be at the top of the list in toting that flag. They already are setting the stage for it.

It is hard to see how Harris wins PA legitimately when GA and NC are being won relatively comfortably by Trump. PA is hundreds of thousands of votes behind for Dems vs 2020. The firewall isnt there...yet. Maybe it comes in late arriving "votes".
