No, because the data doesn't support that anymore.

It actually is true that in 2016, Trump really benefited from some higher turnout figures from whites, especially white men. That happened again this time, but he also made huge inroads with Hispanics and black men. The "he's a racist" narrative doesn't really fit when he's flipping majority-Hispanic counties in south Texas, flipping counties like Miami-Dade, and increasing his vote share in places like New Jersey by 6-7%.

If a trump wants to ensure GOP victories for the foreseeable future he will pass legislation with a Republican led congress to require voter ID for all elections, while also attaching an addendum that proof of citizenship must be required to obtain a drivers license

She rode Trump's coattails and she's going to underperform him by several percentage points.
