Total voter turnout is down a little over 16 million from over 155 million just 4 years ago. And there wasn't enough registered voters to cover that 155 million. And Biden drew 20 million more than the ever popular Obama. Explain that.

You can have better performance in certain demogrpahics without your total going up. It just means total voter turnout was down. He's twisting a braided rope.
