2024 Presidential Race

I had no clue who Che was. And I went to school in the 70's - received a great education.

I'm about to conclude that Che is yet one more, among many, boogeymen to the right-wing.

I looked him up - nothing that makes him a big historical figure worth noting.
Che personally tortured and murdered 100’s of people.
He was directly responsible for the deaths of 1000’s.
Founded Cuba’s first concentration camps (modeled on Auschwitz).

He would not be on a top 500 list of influential people in American history.
Despite disagreements on his legacy, Time named him one of the 100 most influential people of the 20th century,[17] while an Alberto Kordaphotograph of him, titled Guerrillero Heroico, was cited by the Maryland Institute College of Art as "the most famous photograph in the world".[18]

Serious question:

Is there any subject that you DO ACTUALLY know anything about?

This is next-level ignorance on your part. Well.... that, or you are trolling.

Yep. He's on the list in the same category as Bill Wilson, Emmeline Pankhurst, and Tenzing Norgay.....3 other people I know nothing about.

Who knows those 3 without looking? Come on now....top 100 most influential people of the 20th century.

Red Wave Crashes Down On Ballot Measures

The left sees setbacks on abortion, drug legalization, minimum wage and election-process questions from coast to coast.

The red wave that helped propel Donald Trump into the White House and likely handed Republicans control of Congress left ripple effects on the slate of nearly 150 ballot measures across the country.

Abortion-rights activists suffered their first defeats at the ballot box since the Supreme Court’s Dobbs decision in 2022, and other progressive priorities, too, faltered when put directly before voters.

Efforts to replace partisan nominating contests with open primaries and introduce ranked choice voting appeared to be failing in all but the District of Columbia. Measures to legalize cannabis went down in three of the four states in which they were on the ballot. Minimum-wage increases were on track to be rejected in California and Massachusetts — though, ironically, they succeeded in some conservative states. And in a year when crime and immigration played a major role in the national campaign, voters in states with ballot measures addressing those questions — including deep-blue California — opted for right-leaning positions.

Maybe the girls can swing by the health department and grab some birth control pills and condoms.
You know, be proactive.
