Gas prices are plummeting because the economy is slowing, are the daily layoffs being reported due to production increasing, unemployment is down simply because the participation rate is crap and good grief man, get the Russians out of your mind.

It’s such an LGesque response and telling. A homeless guy could be on LG’s doorstep telling him about his rent and food price increases versus his wage increases. LG’s first instinct would be to convince the homeless guy that things were worse under Trump. And I’m sure the homeless man would change his mind after he saw the S&P.

IMO a good indicator of the strength of the economy is the middle class luxury spending, buying campers, boats, ext. That has about all ground to a halt.

We had our earnings call Thursday. When our CEO reported out on our Specialty Restaurant Groups performance, which are our high end restaurants that we do not report out on individually but instead as a roll up, he noted a softening in spend for incomes $75,000 a year or less compared to prior year.
