It was very obvious he had dementia in 2019-2020 when he was elected as President. Logic seems that if people ignored it at that time, and all the way through his first term... it really shouldn't be an issue.

This is what America supposedly voted for.

Nobody is being fooled. They'll turn on the whole Biden family and his advisors but its a tight window here, the reversal of the reversal won't be held off for long.

Nice deflection, deference, and white washing the typical Trump defense counter argument. Put some meat on those bones. You just validated what I said and you had to use Congress to beef it up. Most of them are too old on both sides and some are unfit. TDS is a great response for most when they can't address the facts/truth. Nice Try.
Before you go into the Biden deflection I will do it for you. He is not capable and is equally unfit. I would be willing to bet he is part of the process but not the planner. The difference between the two of the them amounts to puppet vs self serving. The are different but that has nothing to do with the fact neither need to hold this position.

No, I think you misinterpreted the ruling. Now everything goes back to the lower court for a determination of what was and wasn’t an official act under his Constitutional duties. It is actually a fairly balanced and reasonable decision. It is not absolute immunity like many on the left seem to believe. It pretty much affirms explicitly what most jurists have believed all along. It is just like the constitutional provision shielding congressional members from prosecution for what they say or do in their sessions (ie their “official acts”

Each indictment will be challenged and will be challenged by lawyers may take years. That's a win.

Poland is way more aggressive than what Ukraine is , and what we’ve been selling them , I’d guess it would be a huge mistake . Now ask the fair question , what will you do if things calm down if Trump is POTUS ( besides saying he’s a Putin puppet)

That is what is called „due process“. We all (thankfully) have a right to challenge indictments and appeal convictions. Don’t criticize it when an enemy uses it unless you would be willing to forgo it when you are sitting at the Defense table in court.
Yes, the US court system moves too slowly; but it moves slowly for everyone.
And the biggest beneficiary long term is actually Biden; because many of the things Republicans want him prosecuted over can be reasonably argued to be official acts. So he will probably avoid indictment from the get go

Probably going to need a few more States to come up with some absentee ballots at 2am. They don't appear to be doing themselves any favors at the moment. If Jill and the Hooker don't get onboard, well, election offices are going to be beacon of activity after the voting stops suddenly in the middle of the night.

(for the record I have no idea what the results of the election were, I suspect the worst)

Biden is fine. A bit too slow for a debate nowadays, but he's perfectly cogent---not to mention still sensible, decent and professional compared to the scumbag on the other side. I hope that he steps down--I want Newsom or Whitmer to be the nominee--but not sure what will happen.
