Removing recruits who committed to other schools. What’s the latest on these recruit? Is Edwards actively being recruited? Kellie probably all in on Berry. Any news on Lee or Blakes? Those are the only other two in the top 20…

Taking a second look at 2024 recruits!

We are still on 3 of the top 5 ranked players!
We are still on 6 of the top 11 ranked players !
We are still on 13 of the top 43 ranked players!
We have a verbal from Kaniya Boyd 5’9” G from Vegas and ranked #29 at this point and time!

Still have positive feelings for the year of 2024!

The fact that her parents had negative feelings toward Tennessee as well as her older siblings should be indicative that this player would not want to come to Tennessee. But blame it on the recruiting. Got it. Do you know anything about that family? What about Ryhne Howard's family? They didn't like Tennessee and she ended up going to Kentucky and then turned into the WNBA rookie of the Year. **** happens when you're out of the running for a recruit before you even get started and you have no chance. The conversation with the player probably happened long ago when she was first approached because everyone knows how good she was.

Most posters on this forum know my main focus/interest is recruiting! I knew Jaloni was not coming to Tennessee before you joined this forum in 21……..

I live near Nashville and have watched her since she started as a point guard when she was in the eighth grade ! I have spoken to recruiters from other schools and it is pretty much common knowledge she was not interested in UT ….. I am surprised she even visited but she did ? 🤷‍♂️.

My biggest Tennessee fo pa was when we got a verbal commit from Jasmine Massengale from Chattanooga…… We had I think 5 kids from Tennessee ranked in the top 50 that year ! And we took ONE PLAYER ! And the rest of this story …. I don’t have time to discuss! Moving on….

Don't know how we stand with Nguemen but she is impressive on film regardless of where they are rating her. She would be a player that would have the inside game we need going forward into that season. Of course Joyce Edwards is the best player on the list she would make any class elite no matter who was in it.
