I’m not gonna jump on the “Metal bats” thing since that’s been played out

But you should watch baseball bat bros. BBCOR and Wood bats are as close to the same as they’ve ever been. They aren’t playing with -5 Easton ceramic bats from the 80s anymore. The balls have been juiced, then deadened, then juiced again in MLB and NCAA and everyone thinks it’s the bats.

Yeah. I mentioned it at the time but that Earley hire was the worst thing possible for us. It’s TBD on if he can coach, but he’s a hell of a recruiter. He also snagged Gavin Kash who we had been recruiting out of the portal, too.

Definitely not the hot portal szn I expected following a natty but I’ll take the title over a portal title every time.
