Coach Jumper you dont know what they are what they are not doing.. You sound like you have a player you think should play at Tennessee and quite frankly isnt good enough.

And she certainly couldn't record elite high school players prior to that

You know knowing about CKC... do research. and for a quick fix you go with juco and d2 transfers and portal kids at a low-mid major

Ya know, the programs that really need you are Uconn and LSU. Geno is aging, tired,and has lost his Alpha edge and Kim Mulkey needs a super powerful alpha, like you, on her side.

Why not help those two on recruiting? I am sure they would appreciate it so much!!!

The two current roster spots will not be filled by 2025 seniors. Any 2025 signees in November will take roster spots which are made available by current players who have exhausted their eligibility or transfer at the end of the 2025 season.
You seem to be a nice guy, but I think that you way over value your knowledge of what Coach Kim and her staff are doing or not doing regarding high school recruiting.

"You need people like that, you need four-year players. You need people that you can watch grow and that are your family, but you also need transfers and that keeps you competitive. I'm very comfortable with the transfer portal. I've been using transfers since before the transfer portal was a thing back when you had to look it up who left the roster and make a lot of phone calls. Because at Division II to be competitive, that's what you needed to do.

"And now it's easy. It's right there in front of your face and everyone has access to it. I think sometimes when you get transfers, it means a little more to them to because they are coming to you, because transfers know what they want more than a high school player, and they value things differently. I have been in contact with recruits (both in TN's sight and recruits not on their radar) much longer than she/he has been coach at TN. To simply drop off would not be wise as I have a very good rapport with many of them and simply dropping my connection with those I have a good rapport with would be unwise. Lazo is doing his job, I have never said different, but I also feel this staff has not given highly ranked HS players enough attention either and that is where a team's bread is buttered.

You people think you know all there is to know about me, but what you don't realize is I have been in this game for 43 years and directly connected to this team since 2011. I am not simply going to dissipate bc some of you have some sort of agendas or fears. I am here to stay, folks. And if I didn't violate trust in those I have built a rapport with I would be more revealing. But I simply can't. Re the LV's I am connected to staff, boosters, players, families, media, recruits and even arena workers.

Guys,,I am no harder on Kim and staff than I am on any staff at TN. I hold this program in a lifelong esteem and will do what is within my power to get it back there,,,,WITH or WITHOUT poster's blessings. And believe me, I would much rather sit back and watch it fly than to dedicate my time trying to help it find wings...Like it or not, "Coach Jumper" is directly associated with the Lady Vols in social media and not by this site alone.
