They all say that to get more donations. Ted Cruz says stuff like; "A recent poll was released that showed me only up by one." Yeah, maybe one poll, all the rest show him up more than that. Lindsey Graham last cycle said the race was deadlocked or something like that and he won by 10. The whole worst case scenario thing.Except that he is not speaking the truth. LOL. Yes, but it's hard to imagine that the ad hasn't been run before .... considering that it has 7 year old information. I don't even think that is a Casey ad. That social media post is from Jack Posobiec, which pretty much guarantees that it isn't what it purports to be. I'm pretty sure that was an ad that the Trump Campaign ran in 2020. I'm trying to confirm that suspicion.

What I am reading from others is the ad is currently running in PA. The ad says "Casey bucked Biden to protect fracking" with a 2/1/24 date at the bottom. That Casey sided on issues that Trump signed into law back when he was President. I will keep checking to see what I can find. Seems Casey is trying distance himself from the anti fracking Biden/Harris agenda in PA.

Arizona Congressman Ruben Gallego stunned his wife by asking her for a divorce days before she was due to give birth, according to bombshell court filings that he fought to keep sealed.
The Democrat lawmaker, 44, who is in the home stretch of a contentious Senate race, allegedly told his ex-wife, current-Phoenix Mayor Kate Gallego, their marriage was over on December 15, 2016.
He has since shacked up with a much younger second wife.
Gallego filed a motion to seal the divorce records on the same day he filed them, and has fought with the Washington Free Beacon all year to keep it that way after the conservative outlet sued for access to the records.
In the filings, Kate appeared to have been surprised by Gallego's characterization of their marriage as 'irretrievably broken', and responded in court that she was 'without knowledge' of his intentions.

Sen. Jon Tester (D-Mont.) has accepted donations from a dead supporter, Federal Election Commission filings show.
Tester, who polls show trailing GOP opponent Tim Sheehy in a race Democrats see as key to holding the Senate majority, accepted a pair of $50 donations in the third quarter from Bozeman resident Barbara McGowan — despite both contributions being designated after her death on July 17.
Two receipts on that date and Sept. 20 mark McGowan’s employer and occupation, eerily, as: “Deceased As Of July 17.”

The TV spot features a married couple from Old Forge in solidly Democratic Lackawanna County celebrating the three-term senator as an “independent” based on his defense of US natural gas drilling and support for trade wars with Beijing.

PA Senate Race Moves From ‘Lean Dem’ To ‘Toss-Up’
The Pennsylvania race becomes the fourth Senate "toss-up," along with Michigan, Ohio, and Wisconsin, according to Cook Political Report.
With just two weeks remaining in the 2024 campaign, the Pennsylvania Senate matchup between Democratic Sen. Bob Casey and Republican Dave McCormick has moved to a “toss-up,” according to the Cook Political Report.
The Pennsylvania race becomes the fourth Senate “toss-up,” along with Michigan, Ohio, and Wisconsin, according to Cook Political Report. All of the Senate seats in the “toss-up” races are currently held by Democrats. Republicans are favored to flip the seats in Montana and West Virginia, which would give them a 51-seat majority assuming they hold onto the seats in races where they are projected to win.

Kamala Harris Got Into Law School Via a Program She Didn't Qualify For
Kamala Harris graduated from Howard University without honors. Harris then applied to law school. She was admitted to Hastings School of Law at the University of California. Hastings is considered a good law school but not “elite." It ranks 80th of America’s ABA schools.
Admission isn't a "breeze" but it is pretty easy to be accepted for an honors student, with a solid LSAT. Of the total applicants to Hastings, about half are accepted and around a third of that number actually enroll. That means Hastings is a “backup” law school for a lot of the applicants.
She wasn't an honors student at Howard. There is no information on what Kamala Harris scored on her LSAT. We do know that she didn't pass the Bar on the first try when 80 percent of her classmates did pass. So how did a run-of-the-mill student, and daughter of a “privileged” upbringing get into Hastings School of Law?
Easy – she fudged her application. Harris was admitted under a program called LEOP. According to the University:
