If you ever used to go out and party when you were younger it's like those bad apples that would start frequenting a new popular spot. They help run it into the ground with fighting and shooting. People would stop going, then they would stop going to. Rinse and repeat.

It is sad. The problem is we can’t get away from them. It is like a disease, a virus. It spreads and spreads until it kills the host. We have to live with their bad decisions and the results.

Tim Sheehy gets Ratings Edge over Jon Tester in Montana Senate Battle​



A lead nonpartisan elections forecaster changed its outlook Friday on the closely watched Montana Senate race, switching the rating from “toss-up” to “lean Republican.”

The shift from Larry Sabato’s Crystal Ball is welcome news for Republican and former Navy SEAL Tim Sheehy, who’s gunning to oust Sen. Jon Tester (D-MT) in what is Senate Democrats’ most vulnerable seat that is crucial to maintaining their slim majority.


If the outlook holds true, Republicans would seal their majority fate. Democrats must defend Montana, where former President Donald Trump won by 16 points in 2020, and another seven competitive seats they currently hold to keep the majority.

It looks like MAGA favorite Kari Lake is going to get slaughtered. No Republican in a statewide election in Arizona should be down over 7 points in the Real Clear Polling Average this close to the election. Lake has managed to do it, however. Going all the way back to January, there hasn't been a single poll posted to the Real Clear Polling site, that has ever shown Kari Lake with a lead. 5 of the 9 most recent polls have her down by double digits.

No, that's a bad mischaracterization.

There was an error in the way the Motor Vehicle Division in Arizona provides driver's license information to the state's voter registration system. The voters affected by this particular error are people who first obtained their Arizona driver's license before October of 1996, and then were issued a duplicate replacement before registering to vote sometime after 2004.

Arizona's unique laws have required proof of U.S. citizenship to vote in state and local elections since 2005. That means, if these voters have not provided the proof, they should be registered as what Arizona calls "federal only" voters and be allowed to vote only for President and Congress.

So this error, which had gone unnoticed for close to 20 years now, wouldn't affect a Senate race (which is a federal election) .... and it was recently resolved by the Arizona Supreme Court, anyway. The Arizona Supreme Court has ruled that voters affected by this citizenship-check error can cast a full ballot now (which would have only impacted their ability to vote in state and local elections, anyway).

Gallego divorced his wife when she was exactly nine months pregnant.

If the election were tomorrow, Cruz would win reelection with 51 percent of the vote to Allred's 46 percent, according to a Marist Poll of 1,186 likely voters published Thursday.

Elsewhere Republicans are in a strong position to flip the Senate, with several opportunities to pick up seats.
