RJ with a much better perform today! Loved how the coach used her also. She’s gotta get more aggressive tho. Didn’t really rebound and honestly should shoot MORE! She is pure high octane Offense!

Nah that coach needs to go, I don’t like how he uses her at all. She needs more mins and able to get in a rhythm and run plays for her. It’s so frustrating for me to watch.

Until she plays more D or at least rebounds I don’t see it happening. I like her in the offense off the bench role. Really gives a nice scoring punch from the depth

She’s a better defender than a player that people praise on here so I don’t wanna hear that, she needs to start, this team is not going anywhere so get her experience and time. It’s like this coach doesnt want her to outshine other players or something. As soon as she hits a few shots in a row he takes her out, what coach does that, imagine that happened to another player people praise and watch the outrage, well I’ll be the one that speaks up, he needs to go.

Cant wait for the Sky v Wings rematch. Diamond been cookin and will see how much more comfortable Reese is who’s been killing it.

Also that Phoenix v Atlanta game should be really good

I still want she her attack the boards and give a more energy. Cant have 1 reb and 3 tos in 20+ mins

No Rae. Not even on the bench, looks like she didn't make the trip. Not sure what's going on. The Sparks are a very thin team, they need her.

It was a much better game than I thought it would be. The Sparks are better than I thought they would be, mostly bc Hamby has been incredible. Hope she can keep it up. Now they have two winnable games at home, the Mystics Tuesday and the Fever Friday.

Seeing shots fall was everything for Rickea today. She's still a little tenative, but scoring will loosen her up, which will lead her to be more aggressive on the boards and in general. As far as defense, I don't think she's doing all that badly. Scored off steals both games, ironically getting her first W points off defense of all things. She'll get more comfortable there once she learns all the schemes, rotations, etc.

Totally disagree Rickea needs to play in short bursts like the first half. Needs to play like the second half, needs rhythm. The group that played the 4th qtr is it - Brown, Nurse, Hamby, Brink, and Rickea. Claradon and Zia off the bench. Rickea def needs more touches, was really posting up well and open toward the end of the game. You can see it coming together for RJ, Brink, and the Sparks. Fun team to watch.

Dark please. Curt Miller would wet himself to see either Rickea or Brink be ROY. It would be quite a big accomplishment for him.

I didn't love him pulling her in the first half when she was hot, but I did love him playing her the whole second half, and playing her with Brink and the other starters. I think we saw the real lineup there. She's going to get plenty of minutes.

Sorry, no conspiracy here.

But the only reason she played that much in the 2nd half is because of Brinks foul trouble, she should get those mins regardless.

He did keep her in when Brink came back though. And when the Sparks were making that last push. I really think as I said the lineup that played the 4th is it. He knows that.

Also, even if Rickea's mins depend on Cam fouls, well, that's lots and lots of mins. I think Brink is doing very well, but she's always going to be foul prone.

Yeah, it's worrying that Rae wasn't there at all. Hope she's okay.

As for Hamby, that woman is among the toughest, most consistent players in the history of the league. She's strong and she always plays with high energy and urgency. Did I hear right that she has never been an all-star? That is a travesty if true.
