To my fellow true Tennessee fans I’m looking forward to discussing the 2025 high school recruiting class over the course of the season.
No wasted dialogue on hypotheticals and spam.
This high school class is complete. At the top of the rankings. Nothing is missing and it’s time to move forward in supporting the future Lady Vols.
Next recruiting session (portal) is loading😎.
Following the best transfer portal class in the SEC this past offseason.
Coach Caldwell, Coach Lazo, and Coach Tubner have dominated in both high school and portal recruiting battles in just 7 months against Baylor, LSU(Ruby Whitehorn), Kentucky, South Carolina, Oklahoma, North Carolina, Notre Dame, Connecticut, NC State, etc.

I said the world is fixing to mess around and find out just how dangerous Tennessee can be. This recruiting class is fixing to start a movement that's bout be big/powerful like the Pat Summit days!

Not really. Like I said earlier, if she ever suits up for a volleyball match here during her basketball career, I'll delete my account. It's not happening unless basketball doesn't work out.

Very excited about this staffs recruiting prowess without much proof of concept only a few games into the season, started off with a really good portal class and now top1/2 HS class...

As the team and program progresses, with more wins and notariaty should allow for sustained recruiting rankings.

The next step regarding recruiting would be to attack portal in off-season for Front Court, as we lose Hollingshead, leaving Spearman as really the only big.

Why would you do that?

Wouldn't it be much better to say, "Hey, looks like I was wrong. Glad she's a bonus to both programs. Go Lady Vols!"

She may or may not play both sports. Time will tell. But the fact remains that she has publicly stated that both coaches told her that the opportunity would be available to her. Hard to believe that Hurst would say that if untrue.

Maybe the coaches both feel that Hurst will discover that she can't make it work and will choose one over the other. Or maybe both are happy at the prospect of having an athlete of her caliber and will do all they can to help her achieve her goals if she can pull it off.

If Hurst blossoms in collegiate basketball and then opts to play v-ball,,,I stand with Deerpark in my disdain (but not in deleting my account)...I demand things of my prodigies and if they don't adhere, "C Ya",,,and if the player or parent has something to say on their way out, I simply say,,,"I built you, I know your weaknesses and I can build another one to beat you"

And I stand by that...If Lauren becomes a top tier player in her first season and still opts to play volleyball during BB season,,,"C Ya"...what I meant by "work themselves out" is, If a wannabe 2-sport player becomes an integral part of a true contender, in the sport that gave/gives them their scholarship, I don't see them jeopardizing that potential to be part of something so great by placing their personal desires over their potential championship contending teammates and coach.

Civil and Mya Pauldo should move up. Everyone else should stay close to the same.

Hope your right, but there will be volleyball before basketball so suiting up would seem to be a strong possibility. I expect her to go to basketball fulltime, but won't go as far as to say she want suit up for volleyball since that will be the first option next season.
