22-year-old reported missing after boyfriend returns home from cross-country trip without her

Yeah, if it was premeditated that makes sense. I doubt when they began their trip that he was thinking "Oh, I gotta pack my burner phone in case I have to kill her..."
I meant now. They found her. No need to track his phone then.

There is no doubt he has a burner phone(s) by now unless he's smart enough to go off the grid. Keep in mind he is used to camping, hiking and living in vehicles so if he's still alive he could be hard to find. He's had a good week to get the jump on evading so he honestly could be about anywhere....He just went across country and could have staked out a place in another state to run and hide. I think it'll be at least a couple more weeks before they find him dead or alive. As far as the "break up" I don't think there was any way he was premeditating this murder before the trip. He he was going to kill her a gator infested area near home would have been a better option. I think it was two young people who BOTH had mental issues spent way to much time cooped up in a small van and he snapped. I don't think we'll find out it was a shooting, more like strangulation or she was beaten to death by a object. Just my gut feeling from what I've read and my experiences.

I know it matters very little in the grand scheme of things, but I really wonder why and how.
I wonder if she threatened to leave him and it was a if I can't have you nobody can situation.

Wasn't the police video indicative that her meltdown was because he was threatening to leave her?

Or join Qanon and then have the Republican Party protect him.

Was not aware we have numbers (or any individuals at all, for that matter) of Q-anon crossing the Rio Grande. But if you know of any, get'em to us so we can wrap the protective arms of the Republican Party around them.

Of course, I may have misunderstood you. Are you saying all he has to do go to a Republican Party Q-anon Recruiting Drive and receive absolution? I admit that would be far simpler than illegally crossing the border and not having to deal with being stuck in a refugee camp there waiting on Federal government checks and healthcare to kick in.

He's talking about her breaking up with him, aka ending the relationship. She was upset because dude was physically going to leave her alone where they were.

Ah, gotcha. I did miss the part about her breaking up with him. If that's the case and he was threatening to leave her alongside the road in middle of nowhere, the situation was tarfu.

Actually he's a man, so chances are the Qanon crowd already are defending him.

And no, I was just making a smarta** attempt at taking an opposite political shot but admittedly it wasn't the best attempt. But it's early.

Petito's father reveals nickname he used to 'intimidate’ Brian Laundrie

Gabby Petito's father, Joe, revealed during an interview with Dr. Phil that he used to call Brian Laundrie -- the person of interest in his daughter's homicide -- Brianne.
“I’ve never liked any of Gabby’s boyfriends, let's be real. I’ve never actually called one of her boyfriends by their real name, ever. I always made up names for them," he said.
"I always tried to use the female version of the boyfriend's names, just to intimidate them a little bit," Joe Petito added. Petito says Laundrie "laughed" when he first heard the name.

The detail emerged as an attorney for Petito’s family reportedly told CBS News last week that "Gabby's family was instructed by law enforcement to not discuss the details of Gabby and Brian's relationship.”

The Sarasota Police Department, in a tweet, said Wednesday morning that "despite rumors, #BrianLaundrie is NOT IN THE CUSTODY of our agency at this time."

Ugh....I really don't like her father doing an interview with Dr. Phil. That just looks too tabloidy to me and seems way too soon for stuff like that.

Sounds like they’re both from messed up families.

Hot take is they’ll never pin him for it if they even find him
Depends on the cause of death. If she was left out to die in the elements maybe. If it was strangulation, gun shot maybe. Blunt force trauma can be a tricky one. Because he could say she fell and hit her head on something

Dude should utter the words Q, Epstein, and child pedofile ring during his arraignment and subsequent press conference. He'd instantly have millions of supporters. Hell they'd probably start a GoFundMe account for his court costs.
