22-year-old reported missing after boyfriend returns home from cross-country trip without her

For them to say it was homicide that fast makes me think she was shot to death.

Sad, sad, sad. Poor thing.

He, on the other hand, is in big trouble. Now we know, time to reel him in or find the body.

I thought about that too, but I would think they would need a little more time to come to that conclusion.

Several things could be the case. Maybe she still had something around her neck or had obviously been strangled. Clearly GSW or a violent injury such as struck in the head with a heavy object or blunt object can be fairly obvious as to homicide. It clearly wasn’t drugs or alcohol related.

I know it matters very little in the grand scheme of things, but I really wonder why and how.
I wonder if she threatened to leave him and it was a if I can't have you nobody can situation.
Maybe, but she seems like somebody you’d be relieved to break up with, if you’re living in a van. They were obviously under a lot of stress and it seems like going home and calling the whole thing off would have seemed awesome to any half sane person.

I mean....maybe he made her that way.

How did you arrive at that conclusion?

Someone more versed in law than I am...

What's the difference between person of interest and suspect? I am assuming it is based on amount and types of evidence. What sort of evidence will elevate him to suspect?

Proof of some type

DNA. Texts. Emails.

Can you explain more? I mean she acted like someone who had been in a rough relationship to me.
