23 Class

It wouldn't be a "miracle". The simple truth is we have no idea what next year's team will even look like yet, and we won't until sometime after the season. There will be lots of roster change. And we have no idea how well Milton will play at QB as the full-time starter. Just too many unknowns right now to make a prediction.

The one thing to keep in mind about next year, Florida and Bama will be road games, and Georgia will have to come into Neyland.
I'm curious to see what aTm looks like next year. That's a game you'd look at right now and think W. But they're young and very talented. Wonder just how the portal affects that roster.

Way to hard, way to early to try and predict anything now

Nobody is paying dudes precious NIL money to go away. I think that’s what you’re saying? If not, disregard this

That is exactly what I am saying. You would not have to pay big money to create openings in our 85 which SEEMS to be the only limiter THIS YEAR on how many HS and portal guys we can sign. If we can add some high four stars by spending a little cash on creating the opening and some more on filling the NOW AVAILBABLE slot why would that not be a great use of NIL money? If the added kid is worth the combined outlay, why not? Not saying this is the plan, but seems like a viable option that MIGHT only be open to us this year with the 25 cap off the table (as I understand it). Another hole that will be plugged by NCAA if some pull it off. If we keep hanging around the CFP talk, SPRYE might have access to some happy money. Keep some around the program, incentivize others that want to see the field somewhere off with some mad money in their pocket. Not all players priorities are the same. A few pounds to light or a step too slow for high end P5 is a reality some accept.
