Hope so. I netted a few thousand bucks in my pocket from that one. But since they don’t even have the bill text or framework in the current reconciliation I don’t see how we can judge how poorly it’s written if it isn’t even written

Typically, bills with tax provisions will have their drafts to the AICPA, Big 4 accounting firms, etc. for feedback to point out drafting errors, inadvertent omissions, etc. The authors of TCJA did not do that and they are still making technical corrections to this day.

The Dems will do the same thing here. Hastily push through a bill without the adequate time to review and analyze. When that happens, you get poorly written legislation.
