Look at the history on the board and how many people sit home and buy a jersey(maybe) and don't go to games

I am no longer forced to go to games and have not been since 1986 yet I have made the yearly donation and bought season tickets since 1988

About 30 percent on here want us to fail, dont quite understand because if Butch fails, then 5 more years of rebuilding, looks like everybody would give the man a chance.

Not Much hype? Really? Have you been in a coma? Seriously, have you? There has been nothing but hype about CBJ, his staff, next years team and recruiting since he stepped foot on campus.

There hasn't been any hype for next years team. Most folks have projected 6-7 wins and Coach Jones staff hasn't exactly screamed an "allstar" coaching staff. That is the biggest reason there won't be 70-80k at the spring game.

Wrong. Biggest reason is because a lot of our fanbase feels a sense of entitlement. How bout going just to be with fellow fans and support players on our football team?

It would have taken a homerun hire, plus a fired-up Hunter and Bray returning to get attendance anywhere near 70K.

People don't have to like Jones or approve of the hire to want the Vols to do well. But wanting isn't believing-- not yet.
