The ones who don't argue the official stories? Those are the ones I'm asking about, there are thousands who would have to be involved, correct?

During a tragedy/traumatic event people remember things differently and see things differently.

In events that are proven to have 100% occurred, many testimonies stray from the facts of what actually happened. It's pretty common in traumatic events such as terrorist attacks.

I'm just making a play on logic. Let's take 9/11 out of it. If you were a government and wanted to stage an event to draw people into wanting a war, which option would you choose.

Would you choose the option:

(A) where you had to cover up and explain events that didn't happen (and have thousands upon thousands of citizens in the know, hoping they keep quiet about the true events.)

(B) actually co-ordinate the events that happen (no staging/explaining away) and do so with a substantially fewer number of players involved (I would argue you could do this with <100 people in the know, many of which would be killed in carrying out the staged event.

If we are going by logic, option B seems much more sound, no? It doesn't add up for me.

By the way, I have granted you a huuuuuuuge assumption in this hypothetical that the government was actually behind all the events that took place.

I'll accept that. And with that I think im going to hope this thread disappears into the abyss...

This is an emotional topic and like I've stated before it's impossible to be a fence rider on this subject...in or out.
With that said, I doubt either side could ever sway the other into disbelieving what they do believe. I respect and understand both sides....I've been on both.

Football season is approaching and I've got better things to worry about....like if Josh Dobbs can hit a streaking Josh Malone 40 yds down the field.. :)

That's not what I mean. I mean that 911 truthers tend to be on board with all sorts of other conspiracies from assassinations to NASA coverups

Way too many fishy things happened that day for me to be 100% confident our gov't was not involved at all. I've done hours of reading on this matter from "experts" on both sides and I'm convinced the "truth" lies somewhere in the foggy middle.

There is no doubt we were accosted by a group of middle eastern terrorists that day; I believe both WTC 1 and 2 events were perpetrated by these individuals. Real planes, real people dying. It's what happened afterward that suggests further manipulation occurred by a group or groups of individuals with prior knowledge of the time and details of the attack.

There's plausible evidence of the possibility of a 3rd party, acting in parallel but separately from the terrorists, intentionally caused the collapse of WTC 1, WTC 2, and staged an attack on the Pentagon; with the sole motive to inflict maximum damage and casualties.

If the government wanted to do this why not just fly the planes into the towers, into the pentagon, and into the ground in Shanksville? Why use a cruise missile and risk millions of people seein the missles.

no idea. its funny though in other videos I don't see the flashes and some others with the flashes they seem to be in completely different locations (hard to tell for sure where some of the videos were taken)

a fire has been a constant topic, could be flares from that as the structure collapses and opens up new areas (sudden influx of oxygen). or burning of certain materials (film, chemicals, technology)

Electric equipment "cooking off" until I saw a transformer blow I never would have believed this an option. high rises require a lot of big electrical panels (air, elevators, normal switch panels, possible fire control and specialty ones for whatever equipment the floors had.)

Again idk. could be something could be nothing, no big red flags for me (compared to other demolitions)

you seem to know about the missiles, I would like to ask some questions.

How maneuverable are they? obviously they have some but I don't think they have the "quick twitch" ability to go over the over pass and then drop on the pentagon? Is that correct? and at the time were we "piloting" these or fly-by-wire or something that would allow direct control? I thought at the time GPS coordinates was the peak but I could easily be wrong.

and for the record: I believe there are still some major questions on who knew about this, who masterminded it and stuff like that, but as far as the events on 9/11 go, those are pretty rock solid for me.

Agreed. I think it's all together likely that the government has covered up quite a bit when it comes to 9/11. I would be shocked if they hadn't.

But the idea that the attacks were carried out by the government borders on insanity. Believing it requires a divorce between the believer and reality.
