#9 South Carolina @ Vanderbilt

Only because the SEC East sucks.

Did you not spend years listening to the three Daves on Jefferson Pilot talk about how gritty the Commodores were and how they always played with such heart? Did you not watch them play tough and close with good teams every single year, only to always fall find a way to lose at the end? I haven't seen anything on the field yet that looks any different than it did under Bobby Johnson and Woody Widenhofer.

I tried not to listen to anything the Dave's said. I'm just looking at the skill players on the field and the schemes.

sc might get better but right now they look like crap.ss has a running qb,that can't throw the long ball and a oline that was getting beat by a dline that was very small.their off. took a big hit losing their number 1 receiver from last year.i just don't see sc being very good this year.i may be wrong but they're going to have to improve alot from what i saw tonight.

So I'm guessing that most of you guys who can't stop talking about how awesome Franklin is and that Vandy's completely different now are from Middle Tenn? And have had Franklin rammed down your throats so much that eventually you had no choice but to swallow it?

South Carolina is still one of the top two contenders for the SEC East crown. The only thing this game showed us is that Vanderbilt is going to give Tennessee fits. In fact, I'm ready to put money on them winning in Nashville this November.

That's because you're stupid and having nothing better to do other than sit around pretending to be a Tennessee fan.

Um, no. I'm not ready to crown Franklin. Candy is a 6-7 win team if Rodgers stays healthy. If he gets hurt, they'll struggle. Candy isn't the pushover they once were, but they still have trouble finishing.

Go ahead. Mortgage your house if you're so sure. Tell us how that turns out.

Lots and lots of football to be played between now and then, Vandy might go 0-12, UT might go 12-2 and Vegas wouldn't even cover it. Slow your roll.....

Just gettin started. :peace2:

Or 6-6.

How did Garcia do tonight?

I'm just getting updates.... Did Spurry start him? bench him? suspend him? reinstate him? kick him off? crown him? throw him? or retire him?

Did you see Derek Dooley's first season at Tennessee? :whistling:

Did you see the media fall all over themselves to proclaim Dooley as one of the best up and coming coaches in the SEC after his first season?

Is my sarcasm meter broken?

Garcia was kicked off the team in the middle of the season last year.

LOL quite a change in tune from last night. Maybe you're not as hopeless as you make yourself out to be. :salute:

No change in tune at all. I'm not ready to crown Franklin the next Saban like your dumba**. Of course, that 6-8 record he has is stellar. Kind of like your posts.

Just for you...:eek:lol:
